when recording this I played in 1680x1050, medium textures, high render and about 40 view and detail distance and vehicle density. and I think 3 shadow density

man can u tell me like what should i get to run gta 4 i have a hp pavillion dv2000 80gb vista t1350intel core solo and il spend like 5450 in my national money so how many dollars would i have to spend to run it like ok and does xp pro can use photoshop?

I don't really know what you're asking for, but to run this game you can get away with under 600 dollars if you build it yourself. and you can run photoshop with xp as far as I know :P
