Overland Boeing 747-400 painted in Singapore Airlines colours. The aircraft is cleared lineup on London Heathrow 09L runway with flaps set, it is just the takeoff clearence that is need. Clearence is given and the aircraft is then cleared to 10,000 ft and turns left from the runway and begins the long trek to Singapore Changi Airport.

It came with the plane. You can do it by adjusting the virtual cockpit view. Search it on youtube.
