Yes, similar to food poisoning but we recognized as due to dirty water, we ate hotpot, boiling water foods, meats, fishes and a lot vegetarians.
We used to eat like that but some restaurants still can get problems.
They seem don't have good food inspectors there like our country or can make complaints against..

Is that a small plane? In China water is expensive so can't clean frequently, if there dust just leave it.
if you go to restaurant they won't give you tea to drink unless you go to tea shop and pay for it.
But i like China Southern Air.
Be careful when you go to restaurant, you might get diarrhea because water is not clean and they didn't wash the food properly.

i went to china by plane in a china southern...prety smnooth flight..althouygh i almsot got sick coz i drank too much coconut juice
