Comfort is such an idiot. Aside from the bananna, his silly argument is is also refuted by the mushroom--for which deadly and tasty varieties are nearly indistinguishable except under the microscope. Thanks God!

@DiscoveringReligion We so need to play a game of age of mythology if you are every up for it :D loved your video, keep the work going. Every step is one that helps our movement of not keeping humans and their kins in nature from being retarded by outdated mythology.

@LeRosaline The point of proof doesn't lie with the the nonbeliever, but by the believer. You can't go around saying "Prove I can't fly" because everyone would simply say "Prove you can!"
Here's a thought. Instead of someone proving that he doesn't, Give me proof that God does exist.

@LeRosaline @LeRosaline Question: Who is responsible for the diversity that we see in dog species...God or man? Think about it.
-
is this why "Monkeys" love bananas, or is this why humans love bananas? I'm confused.
-
Creationists are notorious for being uneducated. Most creationists would believe without question Ray Comfort's explanation of how the banana was perfectly created by god because it fits in with their beliefs. I can just see them nodding their heads in agreement.

i love how that chritian guy says a fruit is the atheist

@DiscoveringReligion Epic mate! I look forward to your future episodes.

So where do we find the original that was blocked? What's in it that we're not supposed to see/hear? I'm in the US. Thanks

Many thanks for making this version, your effort is appreciated.
Screw channel4!

Banna wasn't made by God but by humans?
please give me a scientific proof for that
I challenge you to create a banna seed and let it grow.
How did the "Banana inventor"created the seeds?
How did this universe be created and become so organised?
Give me a proof that God doesn't exist

"Give me a proof that God doesn't exist"
What a intellectually dishonest challenge! Think about what you are asking. You are requesting that I provide positive proof of a negative. Well then, before I'll provide you "proof that God doesnt exist" you must first provide me proof the Tooth Fairy doesnt exist. Can you actually do that?

Splendid narration, I've seen many documentaries (and I do feel this is a documentary too), your tone of voice and intonation is marvelous, not much can be said about the majority of narrators(which only narrate opposed to you who has also gathered the information and made the video) that are quite terrible! I could watch this indefinitely and not get "bored" or tired at all!

Thank you so much for the kind words. =) I do indeed try my best to produce the highest quality videos as possible. Unfortunately, the earlier episodes in my series don't have the best audio quality, but a few months ago I invested in a better microphone and the production values on episodes 13-19 are pretty good. In fact, I will be posting a new video about Christmas later today. I hope you continue watching. Take care!

I've enjoyed your series; however, I am a little dissapointed that you focussed primarily on christianity, rather than talking much about any other religions, as your series title would have led most people to believe. The whole focus of this series is also very biased in its focus on current Religion vs Science debates in the USA. Also, how can you call it 'discovering religion'; 'analysing creationism [from a scientific perspective]' seems more accurate.

Hey, the series is far from over. I have another 12 episodes in production, but the series can go much longer than that. I plan to cover all religions, but I am starting with Christianity, then Islam, and on from there. What I may do I compare the Epic of Gilgamesh/Sumerian mythologies and Egyptian mythologies to the creation myth found in the Bible. I also plan to explore Native American religions, Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, and so on. But for now Christianity is my focus.
