@yandroskhaos His 'v2' form is, um, technically Acid Illegal/ Acid AceB... >w<; So he shows up in the FM Astro Wave(s, multiple) AUTOMATICALLY... if you had a hard time against Acid Illegal, and still probably would when you get to FM Astro wave 1 (his first appearance), My suggestion is, um, save often.

From where I've encountered him: National Astro Wave 2 & 3, FM Astro Wave 1... I think... ^^;

@1pp0ftw real brothers only, those found in the brother menu, and if you register bro., while in burai noise, you will change to your previous noise forem

However, I don't really find Rogue Noise worth it, unless you don't have any wifi or friends with the game, it's fun to try it out.
