The King of Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Rex, John Koerner III, teased Mayor Ray Nagin about his "Chocolate City" Comment by calling his own celebratory comments as "vanilla". Mayor Nagin, teased back and made it known that Rex made the statement and that he could not wait for the radio talk shows. Rex then shook his booty, a new practice after toasting with the Mayor.
