  • okay, thanks 4 ur opinion, lol

  • I thought you had quite an insightful review actually.

  • thanks, its funny people get on here and make a negative comment in hopes of getting a rise out of someone. I don't mind negative comments, but having someone call me fag or say I'm is just sad on there part. Anyway, thanks for your comment

  • Why is The Dark Knight supposed to be better than Batman? Keaton was just an amazing batman since he can actually smile and look awesome! As bruce wayne hes amazing since he has no emotions but you can feel his pain inside. Jack I thought was better since he acted like the joker more than heath ledger. Heath ledger didnt really remind me of the joker and didnt have a permanent smile which he should. Batman had better story, characters were done like the comics more, and was better Directed.

Actually both Joker's had a permanent smile, they just had different reasons for the smile, Heath's was much more violent and we actually never really know how it happened, the Nicholsen version was clearly due to the chemicals. Nicholsen's Joker was bade off the Killing Joke and more current Joker, whereas Heath Ledger was more based on his original conception, as well as The Killing Joke. I don't compare because they are different versions.

  • My favorite batman movie, it owns all, Michael Keaton is a superb Bruce Wayne and Batman, and In my opinion Jack Nicholson was the man when it comes to The Joker. I also feel this was true to the comics, as dark knight fans say it isnt, but however it depends what comics you read. People say Jack is nothing like the killing joke joker, i completely disagree. This movie rocks your ass.

  • Good review. one thing to consider. Knox was comic relief, but more importantly, he served as a way to introduce Vicki Vale (She came to Gotham City because of his story) and as the guy who kept pushing to find the truth. I agree with wishing Billy Dee Williams could have continued in the role; I also wish we could have seen more of Knox. He was the outsiders point of view. He was funny, and you kinda felt bad for him in the end when he didn't get Vicki, but happy he was proven right.

  • oui

  • @TheDecapitator666 Batman'89's characters were closer to the comics?? Have you ever even peeked inside one? So Gordon's a short, fat, elderly, incompetant stooge that has barely any relationship w/ Batman? Batman's a short, scrawny, out of shape, mute with an afro and glasses who murders criminals? Harvey Dent is a black guy with a mustache who does nothing? Joker's a fat, short, elderly gangster who after is murdered by batman just days after his origin leaves no effect on gotham? Not in comics

  • @TheDecapitator666

Wow, I feel like I'm reading what the Nostalgia Critic said in his New vs Old Batman video.

  • You need a pop guard on your microphone.

  • Nicholson is the better one. Ledger wasn't even the Joker. He didn't even crack any jokes like the joker is supposed to be like. All he did was talk about his mother, his father, his wife, stupid stupid stuff and his laugh didn't cut it. TDK is the most OVERRATED MOVIE OF ALL TIME.

  • I watched all the other Batman movies before this one, lol. Yes, I really liked this movie even though I don't care for Vicky very much. I love how dark Gotham was in this movie and I love Jack Nicholson and this was one of his best roles :D

I like Heath Ledgers Joker too and Mark Hamil is my all time favorite, I do enjoy watching the batman movies though I perfer the animated series and the Batman more.

  • This is still the best Batman movie even after twenty years, everything about it is just wonderful and it's always a pleasure to watch.

  • lol
