  • ARE YOU SERIOUS WOW THAT'S GREAT THANK YOU SUBSCRIBED!

  • Becarefull with potassium and calcium, also! Don'y over-do....And,, get al least 15 minutes of sunlight, per day.

  • Food or drink intake does almost nothing unless you were literally starving in the first place, the science has been done over decades of research. You can vastly increase your bone density but you have to do it with physical stress. Which means weight lifting and running. If you don't use your body, it decays. Your muscles and bones are closely linked and your bone strength increases with your muscle strength.

  • What foods are rich in these minerals?

Also sodium is high in all diets.

IS osteocare by vitabiotics a good supplement to take?

  • be careful with sodium, too much cause the body to excrete calcium and other important minerals via urine. magnesium is good to load up on!

  • get a cbc blood test from your doctor to begin with

  • my legs feel heavy and fatigue, will you tell me what that can be?

  • Exercise and load bearing is without doubt sound advice. Use it or lose it carries more weight in recovery than drugs and surgery for many conditions. Weight lifters bones are undoubtedly much stronger than the average less well exercised person. Sound advice on video.

  • Osteoporosis affects astronauts during space flight. So much of the bones is lost that renal and bladder stones form within days. Astronauts do not have a diet deficiency, in fact the dietary science behind them is supported by countless millions of dollars, yet the bones decay along with the muscles, including the heart. Muscular atrophy and ostoeoporosis are addressed by exercise and load bearing. But this does not alone alter the massive loss of muscle and bones. Inclined Therapy is effective
