I've just begun to conduct my own investigation on why I blush so so much. It's good to know that there are others I can relate to.
Thanks for the info!

Thank you so much for posting this!!! I am a chronic blusher & this makes soooo much sense. Very inspiring. I also know that practice with public speaking can help with the *social* kind of blushing (my job has helped a lot with that), but far from cured, I do often blush for no reason & still can't control it once it starts. I'm going try everything you mentioned! Congratulations on all the changes you made! And thanks again!! <3 You rock
What is a naturopath? And how do u find one?
rena2021 1 year ago
@rena2021 Hi there. A Naturopath is a doctor who uses non-invasive therapies and natural supplements to bring the body back into balance. Regular Medical Doctors don't know anything about the causes of Blushing, but naturopaths do!

@ktarch81 Oh, and to find one in your area, just look for Naturopaths on google.

Also before going on a gluten free diet. Did you notice that your energy was low. Like did you feel like when u woke up in the morning like you didn't even sleep. I have that all the time. Joint pain, morning stiffness, fatigue. I feel these might be related to celiacs. Did you experience some of the same smptoms. Thanks! :D

Absolutely! I was always lethargic - especially after eating large meals. But also in the morning. That is a typical reaction to someone suffering from food allergies or adrenal exhaustion. Good luck with your health & let me know how you're doing!

Interesting. has your blushing 100% went away. Do you not blush once throughout the day everyday?

When I eat well, sleep well and keep my good diet I never blush. I noticed if I only get a few hours of sleep or have a drink, I might blush the next day. And I understand why you don't want to use hypnosis, but if you use it too, you'll get desensitized to blushing and learn how to control it WAY better. It's empowering.
