Chevron Chair and CEO John S. Watson, recognized by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations for his company's long-term work and philanthropy in China, reflects on his successful work there and the U.S.-China relationship at the National Committee's annual Gala Dinner on October 17, 2011 in New York. Mr. Watson is introduced by Jeffrey A. Bader, visiting scholar with the John L. Thornton China Center at the Brookings Institution and formerly senior director for East Asian affairs on the National Security Council in the Obama administration.
