  • @rawbq... back then it was around 33-34 and now around the 37-38 mark... and for programs i followed mark rippetoes starting strength till my sqaut was decent and then just started jumping around and admiring my work haha..

  • you're doing great. just make sure to keep eating healthy (and eating enough). i was too skinny after getting to high school - don't think I kept up with my body's growth!

  • @thisdunksforyou I eat plenty healthy/ like a horse lol.. generally a gallon of choc milk a day and 5-6 meals a day with lots of meat and some fruits/veggies..im trying to gain weight but its hard to get past my metabolism... but the gallon a day is slowly but surely working lol..
