Now this is talking some sense.. not the other idiot who just a waste of time and no one wud like to do biz with. Mate.. you should train/teach you colleague something..
Suggestion: Can you please use mic ? it will make your voice much clearer..make a view inside the service dept..which is indoor and will avoid useless noises.
