@moneyman237952 My whole family are in law enforcement....LOL My brother and uncle are both detectives. My grandfather was chief of police for 25 years....By law an officer must see a gun and it be pointed or about to be pointed in their direction .That's the law..If there's no gun an officer could be brought up on charges.And this guy was trying to run not stand and shoot it out with her. He was spinning around his door to run and she fired out of nervousness, and bad training.

@awamrblack that's why you'd never make it as a cop. the video clearly shows it looks like he was going for a gun. she was justified in shooting him and hopefully killed him. i'm not going to wait and see if i see a gun before shooting anybody. i'm going home at the end of the night regardless.

She was nervous and fired out of fear I believe. She even says she didn't know if he was pulling a weapon or gun. Police have to see a gun,threatened by a weapon, or be in fear for their lives to fire their gun.Even though he got out in an aggressive manner he didn't raise his hands like he was pulling a gun.His left hand was on his stomach and his right was slightly bent upward but not grabbing for something,or pointing anything at her. I don't feel she should have fired. Nervousness shot him.
