This is the latest satellite to be added to our GPS constellation and is the first time a GPS bird has been launched from something other than an Atlas or Delta II rocket since 1985. Could a Delta 4 rocket be made to carry humans ! Since Ares 1 is gone ? Will there be a Ares V type rocket be made ?That could lift 180 tons to orbit and 71 tons to the Moon ?
