Funny how much people are beefing about how the crystal castles version has more views when actually, this did much batter than the cc version back in its day. This was a top 20 hit in Canada, cc have never had a top 20 hit in canada. It's all relative. All 3 versions, this one, the cc one and the cc + Robert smith versions are great in their own different ways, no need for people to get stressy.

I love the Crystal Castles version, mostly because I love Robert Smith (who does the vocals on that version)...just found out it was a cover. I like both songs now, but I've never heard of the Platinum Blondes and never would have unless I liked the cover : )

this song is really popular worldwide. I believe it is popular in Korea as well. A Korean drama had made the main character who were in a band do a cover for this song as part of the show. the singer sings it in English, but the accent may be hard to understand. if you want look it up. "Shut Up Flower Boy Band OST Track pt 1- Lee Min Ki Not in Love" hopefully you won't be disappointed. you may want the video with the lyrics to understand him when he has the accent.
