@Keesfarida Thanks Kees man deze heb ik lang niet meer gespeeld, wel een te gekke Jazz Standard, moet hem weer eens doorspelen, groetjes en fijn dat je ook van mijn oudere werk geniet,Vic.
Wow.... thank you so much! At age 55 I went back to school- Berklee (on-line and fantastic). My lesson for this week is this tune- was looking for inspiration and found it!!- you are a cat- hope I can get to where you are someday.
@Bbm7b5b9 Thanks, great you went back to school, never too old to learn and remember the learning process goes on in the next life as well,LOL, just kidding man,Vic.
@bam009bam Thanks Josh, good Jazz playing takes determination and lots of time, study all arpeggios, scales of this tune then start composing melodic solo's of your own using this material, listen to how other players approach such tunes, learn to steal from them and make these Ideas your own by rehearsing them, don't expect instant gratification in time it will come,Vic.

A very good staple of jazz. I really like your impression of it.
I have been trying my hand at playing it for sometime now and i have hit a road block to say the least.
Do you think you can give a beginner some tips?
