Costa Concordia ship accident - Computer annimation of the possible rescue of the Ship

Computer animation of the possible resurrection on the ship Concordia.

A cruise ship with over 4 thousand people (crew and passengers) on board has grounded off Italy's north-west coast. At least 11 bodies have been recovered, with more than a 25 others still missing. Most of those on board the Costa Concordia were evacuated from the vessel after it hit a reef near the Island of Giglio, late on Friday.

There are 2 solutions to the problem:

Solution 1: IF they can bring this vessel back to afloat, they will be better off selling it to another company as a fixer upper. The confidence in Costas passengers will make that ship a tough sell. They need to sell her to another company and change her name.

Solution 2: Remove everything on board and sink her in deeper water. She will make a wonderful artificial reef!!

what's gonna happen? when the ship will rise she'll capsize the other side

I mean the Titanic was an accident caused by an object in the path of titanic not from a captain who wants to pass close enouegh to impress people

and no technically the Titanic wasn't safe enough and strong enough to take that kind of damage

the cocondia is an accdient cause by stupidity

The cost to sink her would pose a really high financial hit for the company that already had lost so much to this ship. You have to pay for removal of all the hazardous material on board which can cost millions and take years. Most likely she will be deemed a hull loss and sold for scrap. At least Costa can reclaim some of their financial loss by selling her as scrap metal.
