I have not been exposed to 350 movement before so forgive me if it's already being used...

We need to sell the energy security idea a lot more. World oil production is declining, oil plant is aging, there is a shortage of drilling equipment. We need replacement energy sources and the investment to pay for them now.

Things like the Ocean Energy Institute's project. Wind, Desalinated water, and NH3 as true green fuel.
