@derrickkolba No. Scott Steiner made his name off of being a big man with incredible athleticism before the Big Poppa Pump days. He would use moves like the standing frankensteiner and the moonsault powerslam quite frequently. Doing the frankensteiner off the top rope is a newer thing for him. Began doing it when he no longer had the vertical leap to do a standing frankensteiner to oncoming opponents.
