@SilentPhenomed Yeah, but what I meant was that during the trial the defense went over how they aren't racist and/or homophobes but they never went into detail on how Andrew was incompetent and how he misplaced the file in question! Big blunder if you ask me!!!

@Maloperverso I know your comment is old but it was actual lol. That's why the case was won against the company. It was figured that if Andrew was terrible at his job, why would he be tasked with such an important task by the company? Thus it was learned that he really was sabotaged and fired because he had AIDS.
