You don't need a built motor or tranny. stage 3 is all bolt on and plug and play.

My stage 1 fully tuned is can still make the tires spin at 55mph. I don't see how this one is stage 3, with no built motor or tranny.

@sawzall666 hahhahahahah its already been said, but yeah, caliBER. haha. Neons were getting hardcore expensive on insurance though, so for people like me, I'd take the caliber, just do to insurance savings, and... I hate that the neon IMO, always looks a little disproportional. HOWEVER. the caliber is ugly as sin, and looks like a cheap knockoff matchbox car.
