I'm a big fan of True Calm by Now Foods and Thyroid Energy by Now Foods. (just that they don't have allergies/gluten).. I struggle w/ depression/anxiety, too.. Best thing that's helped me and fam members has been natural supplements like i mentioned. There's also DOPA Mucuna, GABA (helps my fam members a great deal), and there's Kava Kava - which made me feel kind of crappy, but some use it as a 'natural high'.. fyi - just because these are 'natural' doesn't mean their not effective/strong
