  • you can read the manual online, one of the suggestions is 'drop typewriters' check it out its absolutley hilarious

  • im British (well Welsh) and your right he can be hard to understand, in his earlier days twas a lot easier but i do like Rob much more now as he has really taken the high road while David Baddiel (his ex comedy partner) went down the laddish comedian route

  • @Eldritchard Just had a read of the manual and almost fell off my chair laughing.

  • My Aussie ear somehow understands every word, don't know why. After watching both History Of Oil and From The Caliban to The Taliban on youtube I had to have the dvd so I bought them. Now I have to buy a couple more copies for Chrissy presents. The man is just BRILLIANT! I wish I could meet him because his head is so in the right place.

  • I understand his normal voice easily enough, but when he mimics other people's voices, I can't pick out the words. too bad, Brilliant stuff...

  • Lol, I've seen Dylan live and he was much worse than Rob's impression. Couldn't make out a bloody word.

  • We can be reasonably confident that the first draft of Oliver Twist was not like that :-)

  • I'm American and I can understand what he's saying but yeah he does jump around on the subjects quite a lot..

  • Haha yeah, i'm from London but I can see how the intonation, or lack of accentuating certain sounds makes it hard. It sounds like a slight London accent but a little softer.

  • The way he talks i can't keep up. I like what i do understand but it's alot of jumping around on subjects. Can probably guess i'm not brittish...
