haha I love the none of the generations can seem to get along. Oh well, I'm a Gen Y. And although I may not agree with everything we do, I'm still proud of being a Gen Y.

The baby boomers need to start handing over the keys to the future to us, our time is now!!

@frozenlolo i would have to agree. how can anyone really determine the direct impact on society our generation has had when none of us has really, technically, began and started careers? its happening now, and slowly our influence will overtake whatever societal structrues are in place (aka we live in an enviornment shaped, run and managed by mostly baby boomers, you gen Xers havent done shit plus there is very little of you). i have hope.

mid-late 90's, more like Gen Y childhood rather than adolescense. The teens who came of age in the mid-late 90's are not what I would call Millenials (Gen Y'ers). They came of age before 9/11 and have memories of the Cold War as children. Gen Y begins in the 2000's and continues through the 2010's.
are u kidding me? gen y was the first generation raised that was told take happiness over money by their parents. the traditional family doesnt exist anymore and gen ys care more about their friendships and relationships than any job or big house

I became an adult in the mid to late 90s, I'm more of 80s and early to mid 90s. By the time the mid to late 90s hit I was getting more mature, so Gen Y is more in the latter half of the 90s. Gen X is more of the first half of 90s. 1990 to mid 1995 belong to Gen X. Late 1995 to 1999 belong to Gen Y. In late 1995 to 1999 I was a young adult.
