The fork is made from gallium, a metal whose melting points is slightly higher than room temperature. The spark at 0:23 acts to heat up the metal and once the heat conducts through the center area it cannot support its own weight and bends. If you were to stir a cup of hot tea with this fork it would melt completely. Look it up
