@TaLoCc What do you mean? It's an early ('87-88) JDM bumper...similar to the early ('88-89) USDM bumper, the late bumpers are completely different between USDM and JDM though.

@Overdrive872 there are apparently many more competitions they are allowed in, the big one they are not is D1GP but i see videos of FF's drifting in D1SL. AWD's are not allowed in D1 unless they have a 4WD option.

European Civics got the 1.6i-16 ED7 with DOHC D16A9 engine (similar to EF3 DOHC ZC), it's pretty common here (I'm from France). The front bumper from the video seems to be a standard phase 1 (zenki) Civic bumper. As for the lips, it looks like two superposed OEM EF3 / ED7 ones.
