@tutanota he did make a lot of excuses not too fight saying people never wanted to fight him is nonsense . good pr work on his part. all who challenged hi never wanted to fight?? the other way around.
@womblewandering sounds like u were beated up by a kung fu self defense what ever guy... big mouth.
move to another country, beat up 200 people, record it for your proof and record stats, if u have all that and were still allowed to stay in that country I will watch ur rabbit based martial arts fure sure.
@SiJe76 Wing chun isn't the culmination of chinese martial culture, get over it. It's never really had ground, joint, choking and throwing techniques. People flailing around ineffectively while being "relaxed", and "not using strength", having no base or hip control, shows that these people don't know shit about applying their "principles" on the ground, which is a whole different enviroment. This is the blind leading the blind. Have fun reinventing the wheel.
@SiJe76 You are reading what you want to read, not what I'm typing, so you are basicly repeating what I've been saying. You're also caught in a TMA vs MMA argument while I'm saying that the crap in this video is a)traditionally not a part of the chun b)not based on sound principles, but your untrained opponent making mistakes, so it's basicly wrong and full of openings thus it's also c)a scam to rip off student that pay for the seminar. You still haven't answered my questions, go back and reread
@SiJe76 I have seen both demonstrated by a guy that TAUGHT THEM, but it seems that you haven't studied them either. Shuai Jiao doesn't really allow anything other than the foot to touch the floor. They are still unrelated to the chun. The TMA "groundfighting" that I know of, consists of finishing off a downed opponent. What is shown here revolves around the concept that the guy on the bottom still has a chance, a concept that is alien to most TMA.
@SiJe76 Read my comments and stop being passive agressive. Chin Na is mainly standing joint locks and throws, with a ground based armbar or choke here and there. Shuai jiao doesn't have submissions. Both are unrelated to the chun, stop generalising. And wtf does 2697 B.C. have to do with 2010 A.D.? Did Ip Man teach grappling? Why haven't we seen any of this stuff before the mid-late 90ies? How come many wing chun schools don't teach crappling? Where are all the ground based martial arts?
pathetic...
