  • Bravo!! Some will say this group is too big for 'true' Baroque. Hmm ok. The Acad. of St. Martin in the Fields is my favorite 'Baroque-sized' group. THIS was more fun for Me! Thank you so much for posting!! Everyone knows the Hallelujah Chorus; but I feel Worthy/Amen is perhaps the most beautiful and heart-wrenching, emotionally-charged, inspirational choral piece ever written. If you don't agree, perform it and see how you feel everytime you hear it thereafter. Well Done!! God Bless!

  • Absolutely beautiful!

  • They should sing the whole Handel's Messiah on Christmas Day!

  • It is very touching to see all of these young people singing this astonishing music; they are, after all, the future of classical music. I can't imagine anyone walking away from this performance unmoved.

  • I totally agree with "bigtube1975" - and thank you for making your opinion known. When I first heard Messiah in 1965 and the performance came to "Worthy is the Lamb" I had never heard it before. The pipe organist used all principals (with mixtures) and a 32' Principal stop in the Pedal, playing low "D" for that first note. I haven't been the same since then. It gave me an entirely new perspective of the Christ I had already fallen in love with as my Savior, but it was "real" it was "truth."

  • very beautiful God bless

  • wonderful. impresinante. Es un placer escucharos. BRAVISIMO

  • @bigtube1975 When we enter the Kingdom of Heaven armies of angels numbering in the millions will be singing this music. And in some part I feel this group has done justice with that representation! (wink)
