***WATCH IN HD***
1. Make a shortcut and the in the location type in : explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder.
2.Click next ,name it and then finish.
3. Change the icon of it.( here a link of Icons http://findicons.com/search/recycle-bin )
4. And then just drag it to your superbar.

But then it wont show it when it has items in it or when it is empty. It will just stay as one icon all the time.
