Paradox today let slip Crusader Kings II: Lust, the third of its uniquely affordable live action trailers for medieval strategy / RPG Crusader Kings 2! Also, the sexiest.
Since Crusader Kings II sees players controlling not a country but a ruling dynasty, sex, just like in real life, couldn't be more important. Failure to raise a suitable heir could face you with a Game Over screen, while especially virile kings might find a romantic affair shattering the reputation of their entire nation. Which is to say nothing of bastard children! Having leaked from your loins they have a stronger claim to your throne than most, which would make them a worryingly influential enemy. Oh dear!

Actually, you can thank the sound director Ben Burtt, who included it in Star Wars. Burtt found it in an old 50's movie and included it in Star Wars and many other Lucas or Spielberg movies he worked on. Since then, it has been included in many films, tv shows, and other film projects as homage or inside joke by sound directors or others involved in filming.

Several reasons. Some people prefer it when cutscenes are rendered by the game engine (I know I do). When its an RPG, that's just impractical.
