So, this guy was well aware that the accused had accepted guilt, and also they recanted their "racial profiling" claim, and still worked like crazy to try to play the race card? He's doing the Mexicans no favor!  They tried to say sorry, we over reacted, and now he's going as if they never retracted their accusation? He should, at the very least, face charges.
