So many pros just throw their bike up on the rack in T2 in such a way that it can end up falling over and damaging someone else's equipment. For the vast majority of people who watch this video and do not compete in professional, ITU-style triathlon, this is terrible etiquette. It takes very little time to put your bike on the rack straight, resting on both of the brake levers. Who knows? The good karma may even make up for the extra *second* it took to straighten your bike out.
If you don't have tri clip shoes for the bike, what would be the best way to get off the bike with normal road clip shoes?? Thanks heaps, the rest of the vid was fabulous!
good advice but i wouldnt recomend wearing your number belt under your wet suit it could come off or roll down when removing suit, i,ve seen it happen ,try it out a few times at home ...keep tri ing

Exactly what I was looking for. You don't know how little people talk about the rubber bands for the already clipped in shoes....
Thanks!
