  • Are there a lot of recipes in this book? Also, are there any pictures of what the dishes should look like? Thanks!

  • @WEWorldCup Hi ! Yes, there are loads of recipes in this cookbook, as well as some pictures. Recipes ranges from breakfast, appetizers, stews, soups, meats, staples, baked goodies and sweets! You can get Akwaaba: A Taste of Ghana in paperback for Nook (ebook) format!

  • "Akwaaba: A Taste of Ghana" is now available in ebook format at Barnes & Noble!

  • I concur with simp1eone. Ghanaians are indeed the best cooks in West Africa. I have tried to buy several african cook books specifically to learn how to make jollof rice and it's always an epic failure. Does this book use Westernized measurements and items accessible to us? That has to be my favorite dish and I'm tired of wasting money by destroying during the cooking process.

  • @iroc31407 The cookbook has easy to follow recipes using easily accessibly ingredients ( no matter what continent you live in) and also uses U.S measurements. "Akwaaba: A Taste of Ghana "has gone Nook and can now be purchased and downloaded at Barnes & Noble !

  • Could you please tell me where I can go to get this book? Thank you very much, and Stay Blessed!!!

  • @taboakos You can purchase a copy at Alikobooks, Barnes & Noble, Amazon. happy Cooking!
