ONE's Street Tweeter in action

We wanted to maximize our members' impact around the G8, so we took their messages to the street - literally!

We've printed messages in Thurmont, Maryland and Pennsylvania Ave. (right in front of the White House) in Washington, D.C. to make sure the G8 can't miss these on their way to Camp David.

The Street Tweeter is a mobile, tweet-fed, hydraulic robot that uses non-toxic, water soluble, paint to print nearly real-time tweets on road surfaces, and ONE worked with local, state and federal authorities to get permits to print legally in all locations.

Does this erase? It could cause pollution. And Drivers crash trying read, and people get crashed trying to read. Terrible way to do that.
