@fdcast My brother, in some madhahib, some levels of sunnah are very close to fard. The sahabah made EVERY SINGLE SUNNAH a fard for themselves. They had no labels. So in some opinions, it could definitely be fard.

@ritchloui You rely on hadiths, which are not historical evidence but whatever people wanted to write for their own advantage.
The Quran prohibits the use of women for sex. Children are under guardianship until they are grown, reach maturity of mind, and want to marry. Obligatory alms and wealth is for the freeing of slaves, which is listed as a righteous act for any believer.
The Quran is intact. Get over it.

The tripe that you call the Koran was compiled long after Mohammed's death. It has not validity whatsoever. Like all the 'holy' texts it was compiled by manipulative, spiteful old men to keep people completely submissive to them. The whole Abrahamic God thing is a gigantic stitch-up and anyone who believes in it is either a fool or a charlatan.

Naik is a moron and a shameless fraud. Is it blasphemous to say that Mohammed was a child molester? Is it insulting to say that Mohammed was a slaver? Is it an offence to say that Mohammed was a bandit? He had at least 10 wives, isn't that un-Islamic? Mohammed transmogrified from loyal monogamous husband and respected businessman to a bandit slaver, murderer and adulterer. The first copies of the Koran were ALL destroyed therefore what replaced them has no validity whatsoever.
