On Wednesday, 17th Sep, the 2009 edition of the Guinness World Records book hit the shelves featuring brand new weird and wonderful records such as The Worlds Oldest Bridesmaid (105 years); The Most Expensive Ice-cream Sundae (£12,000); The Worlds Longest Dog (who has a nose to tail length of 2 metres 32cm!); And many others

Now in its 54th year, the 2009 edition features one of the highest profile new entries: the Worlds Smallest Man - He Pingping (2ft 5.37in) from Inner Mongolia who by complete chance, lives very close to the recently reinstated Worlds Tallest Man, Xi Shun (7 ft 8.95in).
