Tooth Trimming Blues

My pet rat Lefty has got the tooth trimming blues, because he need his teeth trimmed once about every three weeks. And no, he doesn't like it one bit...

Lefty doesn't think it's funny at all when he's wrapped up in a towel at the vet's to have his teeth trimmed again. But just a few seconds later he always seems to have forgotten about it, and he's back to his own, curious self again.

Nice vid, love rats, have 4 myself. Have you tried giving him Milkbones and /or whole nuts? Hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts keep them busy. It does help with the teeth.

Thanks for the tips. :-) He (Lefty) is missing both his upper incisors, that's why his lower incisors keep growing. I give him all sorts of things to chew on, but he still needs his teeth trimmed once every 2-3 weeks.
