  • my son says that he is hearing voices from time to time. he is 15 years old. what do you think we should do for him?

  • @TheBuzzrk I think he probably needs to see a counselor or psychiatrist to evaluate him and see what they can do to help him with this problem.

  • Every time i walk down the street i feel like im being watched and people can read my thoughts, i also hate supermarkets where i feel really paranoid like my very presence is offputting for other people, like im a social pariah.

  • @ziganda26 Are you on meds right now?

  • BSB,

Xyprexa did nothing for me. I have tried 12-15 different meds and the only one that ever helped was lithium. I have a big problem in grocery stores, like there is a swat team following me around so cannot go shopping by myself. If I eat Asian food with MSG I always become psychotic and have to head straight for home. I hallucinate nearly every day, seeing 6.5 foot aliens walking around all the time. Even my cat moves her head as they walk by so I know they are real which is OK.

    Don

  • @pdp1170 That sounds terrible. I'm sorry you have to experience these things.

  • locks on the doors and my bedroom window becaus eI thought a murder or serial killer would come through it and kill me.

  • Wow, this is crazy. I feel like Im watching myself in your vid. Also hv had parnoid feelings or ideas. I obsessed at one point that my husband was cheating on me, crazy ideas even though he is with me everyday and we have a great relationship. This went on for awhile and got prograssively worse and then better again. Another point I would think co workers were talking about me if I was far away and could hear them talking, little things like that or at one point I had to obsessively check the..

  • You are really helping me right now, i felt so alone.. i don't know how to get any help tho nobody listens to me. They tell me i'm to young.

  • I have been very paranoid in the past few weeks. I feel like everyone is out to either use me or get me in trouble. I am in college and feel like my peers (especially in my department) are wanting to hurt me. I also felt like my dad was lying to me and was conspiring to have me locked up and evaluated.

  • Really interesting. I am doing research for a character I'm writing with Paranoia, so this vid really helps, thanks...

  • I have the same problem at the store it can be really paralyzing! I cant stand waiting in line or going to the deli. I don't want to feel like I have any attention focused on me. I'm sorry to hear about the other things you have dealt with but thumbs up for sharing. Also My boyfriend has helped me realize trying to advert your attention to other things while in the store help. Just trying to kinda goof off and be ok with it helps. Don't know if you get what I'm say but yeah.

  • my paranoia drives myself crazy on what they say delusion thoughts, people are really nosey ,im glad we can relate, our thoughts or actions arent "normal" to others but they are normal to us

  • I completely understand how you feel. I'm also a SAHM. Thank you so much for making this video. I'm finding a lot of comfort in working with healing my inner child, emotional freedom technique, yoga, meditation, chiropractic, exercise, clean nutrition, and Sean Blackwell's videos. His youtube channel is "Bipolar Or Waking Up". He also has a website and social network. Lots of love, light, and healing to you mamma.

  • I've experienced most of what you've described, especially the feeling of being watched and feeling like people were plotting against me. During the fall of 2009, I started losing sleep, had a severe manic episode and ended up in a mental hospital. I was diagnosed with acute paranoid psychosis.

I usually experience moderate mood swings on almost a day to day basis. It's been over two years, and the problems staying awake all night are starting to come back again.

    I'm convinced I'm bipolar.
