@luciofoglia599 i go fishing there every week. go just before the island at the bridge. on the left side of the highway wade out until about 150 yards off shore and you hit a sandbar that is waste depth. thats where the fishing is at boy!!

what kind of bait u using artificle,live or frozen.

From my personal experience of fishing on Sanibel i can say that these fish are what you want to be using for bait if you're going for the real game like the aligators, sharks etc. much more fun to catch! Alternatively, you could try dynamite fishing, its always a good laugh.

man nice vid! im flying to Sanibel [near the old blind pass] in a few days from the UK, where abouts do you recommend I go fishing? and is it worth me taking lures with me or is it better to use live shrimp as I have read? If you have any other helpful tips they would be much appreciated! Cheers, Lucio.
