shut up imelda, she was doing it on tv so as much as it was to the lord it had to be in part for the audience to. and plus she is young and doesn't have the stage presence more seasoned artist do to be able tp put heart and sould into it yet. she just has the voice

exactly, my aunt has been singing this song for about 10 years and she does it perfectly. I'll upload the video from my dad's 50th birthday party where she sang it at as soon as i figure how to change a video format from .mov to .wma. my aunt perfected the way this song is sang years ago.

Actually, "imelda70", she is trying to deliver the message in her song to the audience. A singer must have a personal contact with the people who are listening to them in order for the words to be genuine.
