Since meditation is reconnecting you with your most natural state, your most True self, then naturally it stands to reason that no effort or control is necessary is re-awakening to That. Thus, meditation is a process best approached by being natural and comfortable. Forcing our bodies and even minds is contrary to the effortlessness and ease with which is necessary to settle into our subtlest state of consciousness. Practice Meditation in all positions gently.
