the song is basically saying the sheep (those who follow everybody else's ideas AKA religion) go to heaven, however the goats , people who dont follow everybody else, are considered by the sheep to go to hell. i think the singer is trying to say screw all the bullshit, and just live , play ur panpipes and drink have fun, since were all gonna die anyways.
