I slightly sped the video up when it is in the distance but not as it is close - It actually travels at about 60kph

An old bloke told me he saw this cloud in 1948 just after had heard about nuclear bombs and thought this was a bomb blast ....He told me he sat down smoked a cigarette and waited to die!
