Not in the leagle sence , no kidding . There were 3 busses at our Precinct from out of State there to Caucus , plus several vans and cars , all from out of State . Texas has both Vote and Caucus . the spread never goes over 1-2% , typicle Texas weather temp dropped while a hudge Obama woman held the sign in book .Look at the spread 29% that is impossible !

The Birth Certificate has been released and it is a fraud . This was reported across Texas , Hillary won but DNC gave it to Obama !

The comment by harvardlaw95 saying that Biden would be president if obama is found guilty of fraud is wrong . If obama is taken out of the White House in Hand cuffs then any thing he has done wile running for or in office will be null and void. And seeing that obama chose Biden as his VP when he was not legally able to do so then the next US President would be the Speaker Of The House .

@clarity023 thanks for posting that from Hawaii's website; I visited the site and found this proving the problem with the COLB:

"The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program was established in 1911, during the territorial era, to register a person born in Hawaii who was one year old or older and whose birth had not been previously registered in Hawaii. The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth Program was terminated in 1972, during the statehood era."

@clarity023 at this point, you should realize the COLB is not a birth certificate...... isn't that the whole point of discussion here? For you to say you've seen the COLB on factcheck is silly. Anyway, if that COLB was the valid Hawaiian equivalent to a Birth Certificate, then Obama should have his lawyers submit that form in the Court cases and let a Federal Judge rule on it. Instead, no one answers anything. But apparently you don't notice all the obfuscating.....
