I think you guys are on to something.
But there are external factors that create your stress. And most of them are unnecessary. It's normal we experience stress because we live in a high paced time. But what are we pacing towards? From the moment you are born your ego starts developing. It is this constant need to feel good that create ways to act to get this good feeling, which, basically, is attention. The bigger this ego, the bigger the stress. Solve your ego problem, no more stress.
