"Never Mind The Bollocks Here's The Sex Pistols" is the only studio album by the highly influential and controversial English punk rock band The Sex Pistols. Fans and critics alike generally regard it as an extremely important album in the history of rock music, citing the lasting influence it has had on subsequent punk rock musicians, as well as other musical genres that were influenced by such punk rock artists. In 2003, Rolling Stone rated it #41 on their list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

The album was released on 27 October 1977 through Virgin Records[4] amid controversy arising from the use of the coarse slang word (in English) "bollocks" in its title.

Older versions of most of the album's songs also appeared on a bootleg album called Spunk, which consists of demo recordings the band had made during 1976 and January 1977, and which was released shortly before Never Mind The Bollocks.

...2/13/12 6:30pm, to MichaelZittergong - YUP, to that point in time, this type of utterly raw , "in your face" ram straight ahead punk had never been done E-V-E-R , forget about any other acts that followed, the "Sex Pistols" altered and changed musical history in 1 ALBUM...???How many bands can claim that..?? Like I said, it's some of the best heavy rock music if you despise authority (GRIN!) to listen to, and they were THE 1ST and only ones to do it..!! My favorite is "Problems" , too much!

I found this (on vinyl) at a local record store. I didn't have the money but they're holding it for me until I do. I have been looking for it for a long time.
