@nixiree Welll... it looks like there are a few different patterns there... I just kind of do it, so each version is a little different :). Try this- hit the top E string and then strum down, and then do a quick half strum up. It also looks like I'm hitting the top E string and doing down up down up down up (which would be the same time as two cycles of the first pattern I gave you). Hope that helps :P.
