It's one thing to write a book with an admitedly fictional storyline that is a memoir to the disgusting tragedy of honour killings, but another completely to make things up and claim them to be true for attention, how shameful. There were several holes in her story yet she still insisted it was true.

This is a very amazing and fascinating documentary. I just watched it today in film class and I was surprised at how good it was. I'd recommend it to anyone, even if your not a lover of documentaries.

what's so funny is that i was about to buy the book the other day but decided to wait for the movie after seeing it i thank god i didn't' waist my money on a crap ,am a Muslim Jordanian and if my dad killed me and am sure he wouldn't do it, he would get executed

I live in K.S.A... an Arabian country... I know exactly what happens here,

if some one killed another person, he get excuted. that's the law.

this is bullshit. they don't just torture girls and kill them out of no reason. or we would have committed suicide

@witchesheal32 true because i live in it and maybe 10 women a year murdered by honor in other cities (not amman) because i live in amman and i never heard that there is so much crimes i just read once in the news paper about a father killed his daughter in the court because she said he killed someone else but thats it i really should stop typing now now now now dammit now!!!! after 2 min maybe no no no now mean now!!!!! stop typing dammit
