@HomestarYoshi Yep, i put my Pikachu from Pokemon Yellow on Pokemon Stadium, then he used thundershock in a weird way.

What about the Pikcahu you can upload from Pokemon Yellow? It does actually have different movements.

It wasn't that they were making them inaccurate, they wanted to make them a bit more 'real' sounding,so to speak, which is why ALL of the pokemon's cries were different in stadium and stadium 2, the people simply got lazy on the later ones.
