@wilbill233 The drumtech is the drummer's right-hand man. He sets up and maintains the drums, keeps them tuned up, makes sure all is working right. I've had the pleasure to have Rossi as my tech for 2 tours, and he is amazing at the job, and one hell of a nice guy, too!
